This natural-processed coffee, grown at 1,080–1,140 meters, is cultivated by Dr. Fabio Araujo Reis and his sons, who continue their family’s legacy of careful stewardship and innovation. With over 35 dedicated employees, many of whom grew up near the farm, Fazenda Do Salto is a testament to community and craft.
Carefully harvested and dried using a unique balance of cold and warm air techniques, this coffee develops a distinctive sweetness and depth.
