From the legendary Tarrazú growing region, Finca La Pastora is about as classic as Costa Rican coffee gets. Grown at 1,700–1,800 meters above sea level with Caturra and Catuaí varieties, these Strictly Hard Beans are processed at Coopetarrazu, one of the country's most respected cooperatives, resulting in a clean, vibrant, and extremely versatile cup.
In the cup: a rich, round mouthfeel with notes of chocolate-covered raisins, hazelnut, and a bright pop of blackberry on the finish. Clean, balanced, and equally at home as a pour-over or espresso.
Tasting notes: chocolate-covered raisins, hazelnut, blackberry | Washed process | Medium roast | Best for: pour-over, drip, espresso
